We collect only what we need to run your workspace and deliver galleries:

• Account details — name, email, and studio/company name you provide at signup
• Content you upload — photos, gallery titles, event details, and client-facing settings
• Usage data — gallery views, downloads, and feature usage that power your analytics
• Technical data — device, browser, and log information used for security and reliability

02How we use your information

Your data is used to operate Fliqa-AI, never to sell to third parties:

• Deliver, store, and share your galleries with the people you choose
• Power AI features such as auto-tagging and face grouping within your own galleries
• Show you engagement analytics for your events and clients
• Send essential service emails such as confirmations and password resets
• Protect the platform against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

03Photo privacy and gallery access

Your galleries are private by default. Only people with the private link, access code, or QR code you share can view them. Password protection and expiry controls let you decide exactly who can see what, and for how long.

AI processing (tagging and face grouping) runs to organize your own galleries. We do not use your client photos to build advertising profiles or share them with unrelated third parties.

04Storage and security

Photos and account data are stored with our infrastructure partner Supabase using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) in transit. Access to production data is restricted, and authentication is protected against automated abuse.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we design for least privilege and continuously improve our safeguards.

05Your rights and choices

You stay in control of your data:

• Access, update, or correct your account information at any time from settings
• Delete galleries or individual photos whenever you choose
• Request full account deletion by contacting support
• Opt out of non-essential communications

06Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Fliqa-AI after changes means you accept the revised policy.
