Terms of Service

01Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are intended for photographers, studios, schools, event teams, and businesses delivering photos to their clients and guests.

02Your content

You keep full ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using Fliqa-AI you grant us only the limited rights needed to run the service:

• Store and process your photos to build and deliver your galleries
• Run AI organization (tagging, face grouping) inside your own workspace
• Display your content to the people you share galleries with
• Create technical copies such as thumbnails and previews

03Acceptable use

To keep the platform safe for everyone, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack rights to share
• Use galleries to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts, galleries, or data
• Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service

04Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at purchase and can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your galleries remain accessible for the remainder of the paid period. Pricing changes are announced in advance and never applied retroactively to an active billing period.

05Service availability

We work to keep Fliqa-AI fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

06Termination

You may stop using Fliqa-AI and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, we delete or de-identify your content within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fliqa-AI evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
